Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 01:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 01:00 AMThur04:00 PM - 01:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or unusual activity through appropriate reporting channels. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, as conditions vary by site. Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of movement through controlled areas and reporting policy violations, hazards, and/or suspicious activity. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
