Job Description Patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, and assets. Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarms, and access control systems, reporting any irregularities immediately. Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, medical situations, or security threats. Control access to restricted areas and verify identification when necessary. Prepare and submit accurate incident reports and daily security logs. Assist guests and colleagues courteously while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor. Support evacuation procedures during emergencies and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Report and handle lost and found items as per hotel policy. Conduct bag checks or vehicle inspections when required. Liaise with local authorities when necessary and support investigations. Maintain confidentiality of all security matters and sensitive information. Qualifications Previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. Knowledge of basic security procedures and emergency response protocols. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit, alert, and able to remain calm under pressure. Basic computer skills and familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control). Valid security license or certification (if required by local authorities). Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
