Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.86 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify potential issues and support security-related operations. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry while following established protocols for personnel, visitors, and deliveries. Document observations, incidents, and/or daily activities in a clear and timely manner to support reporting requirements at the location. Minimum Requirements: An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
