As an unarmed, driving patrol officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, hangars, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or credentials, direct visitors to the proper check-in process, and document entries and exits per site requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarms, medical calls, and evacuation or shelter directives as assigned. Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to site contacts, and assist with investigations by preserving scene details and reporting facts through the proper chain of command. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
