Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols within the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Maintain clear and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and security-related activities as required by site protocols. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies. Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry points to restricted areas. Support Allied Universal leadership and team members by communicating relevant information about incidents and site conditions. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
