What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for government locations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and support a secure environment. Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns. Document and communicate incidents, observations, and any maintenance or hazard concerns to Allied Universal management and/or designated client contacts. Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel as required by site policies. Provide visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a sense of order throughout the government location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 20 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
