In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.38 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a professional aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support established access control protocols for restricted areas. Assist with incident reporting, shift activity logs, and communication with site leadership regarding security-related issues, hazards, and/or operational concerns. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
