What You'll Do: Monitor and coordinate communications between staff, visitors, and security-related personnel within the healthcare location. Dispatch security-related personnel to specific areas as needed and/or as directed by site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, calls, and dispatch activities in accordance with site requirements. Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or providing information to authorized individuals. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting staff, patients, and visitors with security-related concerns. Support regular and random patrols by relaying information and maintaining communication with patrol personnel. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
