What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and judgment to address issues. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential threats. Monitor for unusual activity or suspicious behavior within the location, reporting findings according to established protocols. Interact with employees, visitors, and/or vendors in a professional manner, assisting with security-related inquiries and providing guidance as needed. Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed written reports as required by Allied Universal and site procedures. Work collaboratively with site personnel and local authorities as needed to support a secure environment in the food and beverage setting. Minimum Requirements: An armed guard card or license is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
