As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control and respond to situations with calm, clear communication and customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, parking lots, drive-through lanes, ATMs, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site. Monitor entrances, lobby activity, and restricted areas; verify identification and/or authorization for access and direct visitors according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate with on-site leadership and/or public responders as directed by post orders. Complete detailed reports of incidents, patrol activity, and unusual conditions; communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts per established procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Have an armed guard card/license preferred. Have customer service experience preferred. Have access control/badge experience preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
