What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other designated areas to observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols. Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors while maintaining a presence throughout the location. Support emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific guidelines and instructions. Minimum Requirements: Access control or badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
