Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun07:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive location. Monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials, register visitors, and help to control the flow of employees, guests, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify security-related concerns and report conditions that require attention. Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and access records, and support badge checks, vehicle entry screening, and other security-related functions tied to the post. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
