This is a high-profile role where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of staff, clients, and assets within a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a strong and visible security presence throughout the building and surrounding areas. Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to identify and mitigate potential risks. Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies. Visitors sign in/induction and maintain key registers and issue keys Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, ensuring all relevant information is captured. Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding site protocols and professional standards. Requirements: Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations. Valid Queensland Security Licence. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Full Australian working rights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service focus and professional presentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
