Key Responsibilities: Perform routine patrols to maintain a visible security presence and deter unauthorized activity. Monitor and safeguard property, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and clients. Enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold safety and compliance standards. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing appropriate support as needed. Accurately document all incidents and observations in detailed reports to support security operations. Provide professional and courteous assistance to visitors and staff, delivering excellent customer service. Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and, when necessary, coordinate with local authorities to maintain overall safety. Valid Florida Class D Security License (required) Valid Florida Driver’s License (required) Prior experience in security, customer service, or related fields preferred Ability to stay calm, professional, and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Physically able to perform patrols and stand for extended periods CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Why Join Nation Security?
