Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Guard to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-notch security services, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address security risks or breaches.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write detailed incident reports as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Operate and monitor security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 for armed positions).
• Valid state-issued security license (or willingness to obtain if required).
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
