Job Description To manage and lead security personnel of overall performance. operations efficiency and effectiveness. Assist SES Manager to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, stakeholders and associates by enforcing company rules and regulations. Implementation of C/AUP governance at site level (focus: crime prevention and monitoring, awareness, RB site security process, investigations) according to C/AUP (and GE) governance. Maintaining and increasing Security awareness at site level. Delivering ongoing consulting and support to site management with regard to effective but cost-efficient security risk treatment. Giving advice to departments at sites regarding security issues. Implementation, management and documentation of process regarding site-related external security providers e.g Purchasing, contracting, tracking, auditing, conflict management (from functional perspective) Ongoing alignment of own activities with security related partners at site level (e.g. ElSE, DSO/DSP, lT-Sec, CPO). Manage, develop and deploy effectively security personnel to meet company's objectives. Ensuring Security Shift Team runs in accordance with company policies, rules and regulations. Conduct a spot check on miscellaneous items for the concerned department as needed. To organize daily deployment effectively and also manage the outsource security on daily basis. To ensure all the team members comply and understand security process and procedures and well disciplined. Conduct general inspection on buildings. grounds. equipment, operation system and manpower deployment to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Take remedial action as and when shortcomings and deviations are detected. Manage effectively security systems such as CCTV, VMS, Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Badging System. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any related with Safety & Security field Minimum 5 years working experiences in security systems (CCTV, Access Control System, EM Door Alarm, etc Law enforcement or community residential security/protection experiences are value added. Good in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good investigation and interview skills. Using of necessary computer tools (e.g. PowerPoint, MS-Office, Excel) A good sense of responsibility and decision making ability Additional Information Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc Company Insurances and etc
