Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time / Mix Shift Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or property-related issues. Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations to help support daily site operations. Prepare clear incident, activity, and patrol reports, and document observations related to tenant concerns, access issues, and/or emergency events in accordance with site expectations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
