As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas through routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and respond to reports with calm, clear communication. You will also support tenants and visitors with a customer service mindset while documenting activity using a computer and/or tablet. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property interior, exterior, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns. Monitor access points and common areas, verify credentials when required, and direct visitors to approved destinations per site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting property management and/or emergency services as directed by post orders. Prepare clear written reports of daily activities, patrol findings, and incident responses, and communicate pertinent updates during shift turnovers. Minimum Requirements: Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Having customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
