As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an educational location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards found during patrols within the education environment. Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, visitors, and emergency responders as required. Document incidents, observations, and/or actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal protocols. Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as directed by site-specific policies. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
