What You'll Do: Provide customer service to individuals entering the location by carrying out security-related screening procedures according to site-specific policies. Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, staff, and/or students as appropriate to the location. Maintain accurate records and logs of screening activities and incidents as required by site procedures. Support emergency response activities as directed, assisting with evacuations and other urgent situations as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
