What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the chemical and petrochemical environment. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities. Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by the site. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while performing duties. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
