FULL-TIME/PART-TIME SECURITY GUARD GRAVEYARD FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY

We are seeking a full-time and a part-time Overnight Security Guard for a residential property in South Vancouver. The Security Guard provides customer service to its residents, monitors and protects our premises during nighttime hours. Responsibilities include patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance equipment, enforcing access control, and responding to any security incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Candidate must:

  • have a positive, friendly manner
  • be a good communicator able to write clear reports
  • be committed to customer service
  • be well organized and attentive to details
  • working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Valid BC Security License

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises

  • Respond to emergencies and notify authorities as needed
  • Write detailed incident reports
    Previous experience in a related customer service position is an asset. (e.g. hospitality, property management assistant, front desk agent, concierge)
