Position Overview: As a Bilingual Security Officer, you’ll be the face of our Casino, ensuring the safety of our guests, team members, and assets. You’ll protect against theft, fraud, and abuse while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Duties include monitoring access, escorting guests, assisting with lost and found, and providing first aid when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
• 2+ years of experience in a public-facing or service role
• First Aid/CPR and Responsible Beverage certifications (training provided)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Monitor and report safety concerns and violations
• Enforce restricted access and conduct ID checks
• Observe transactions, patrol the property, and perform crowd control
• Assist with guest enrollment in programs like Self-Exclusion
• Maintain daily logs and ensure compliance with company policies
