As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a college campus location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, delivering outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by site. Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues during patrols to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to employees and visitors. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management. Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly as part of daily duties. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
