As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout commercial real estate locations. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior. Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols. Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with security-related needs and provide information as required. Collaborate with property management and local authorities as directed during incidents or emergencies. Participate in training sessions and briefings to stay informed about site-specific procedures and updates. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. State, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
