As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms as needed, and provide strong customer service and clear communication with staff and visitors. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location. Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and/or other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report findings per site protocol. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity. Monitor access points such as doors, gates, and delivery areas, verifying authorized entry and directing visitors, vendors, and/or contractors according to site requirements. Complete security-related logs and incident reports, communicate status updates to site contacts and/or dispatch, and support routine operational needs as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Have 1+ years of security-related experience. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
