Stone Security Limited are looking to recruit a night and weekend Front of House Residential Security Officer.
The aim
Out of hours, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, staff and the family for this high value residence, where you will be expected to create a professional, friendly, first impression.
Managing the standard processes of ‘front-of-house’: post, couriers, contractors, general visitors and the associated access and signing-in procedures.
Monitoring the house CCTV and alarm system.
Working in a friendly, proactive, manner, ensuring the family’s safety and security at all times.
Must have a ‘can do’ approach and work very effectively with contractors, building & security management and other property professionals.

  About you
  · Experience of working in a premium front of house reception/ residential role with excellent customer- focused service delivery.
  · Experience of building management functions such as compiling reports & contract administration
  · Immaculately presented

  · Proactive
  · Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
  · PC literate/ability to learn to relevant software packages/social media competent
  · Flexible to assist colleagues
  · Can do attitude/team spirit
  · Arabic speaking would be an advantage but not essential
  Hours: A roster is in place for a team of two security officers working nights and weekend. 18.30 - 06.30 weekdays and then 06.30 – 18.30/ 18.30 - 06.30 at weekends depending on the shift pattern.
  Salary: £13.50 per hour (this is currently under review for an increase)
