As a Dispatch Security Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will monitor alarms and cameras, coordinate response communications, manage access control and badge activity, and document security-related events using computer-based systems. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aero and defense location. Operate the dispatch center by monitoring CCTV, alarms, and communication systems; receive calls for service; and route officers and/or resources per post orders. Coordinate and track regular and random patrol activity around buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes; document patrol status and notify supervision of issues. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; gather key details; communicate updates by radio and/or phone; and help coordinate next steps. Complete security-related logs, dispatch records, and incident reports with clear, timely, and accurate information; escalate concerns through the chain of command as required. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
