What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location. Operate the dispatch function by monitoring alarms, access control, cameras, radios, and phones, and coordinating response activities for Allied Universal team members. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, notifying appropriate personnel, and documenting actions taken. Maintain accurate logs and reports, including incident details, phone and radio communications, visitor and/or vendor notifications, and shift activity updates. Support access management by relaying requests, verifying information per site policy, issuing directions and/or assistance to authorized individuals, and escalating concerns as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
