Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.05 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor lobby and entry activity, greet visitors, confirm access permissions, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and reporting. Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with building management, tenants, guests, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Maintain front desk logs, visitor records, badge distribution, and other security-related documentation in support of daily operations at a commercial real estate location. Answer phones, provide directions, and support tenant and guest inquiries while observing for unusual activity and reporting concerns according to site-specific policies. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
