Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry and appropriate badge and/or credential verification. Communicate clearly with staff, guests, and/or first responders during routine operations and unusual events, helping to support orderly coordination and timely follow-up. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
