JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and reliable SIA Licensed Security Officer to join our team, covering two key sites in Feltham and Southall. The successful candidate will be flexible to work both day and night shifts and adaptable to the needs of both sites. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and protection of people, property, and assets, while maintaining a strong security presence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
• Previous security experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and able to work both day and night shifts.
• Willing and able to work across Feltham and Southall sites.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and handle incidents under pressure.

• Provide a visible security presence to deter unauthorised access, theft, and anti-social behaviour.
• Monitor and patrol designated areas on foot or via CCTV systems.
• Control site access, check passes, and ensure compliance with entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
• Write accurate and detailed incident reports.
• Liaise with site management, staff, visitors, and emergency services when required.
• Ensure health & safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
