Responsibilities
  • Monitor Surveillance Systems: Regularly observe security cameras and alarms to detect any unusual activity or breaches in security.
  • Conduct Patrols: Perform routine patrols of the premises to ensure all areas are secure and to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Access Control: Verify credentials, manage access points, and prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
  • Respond to Incidents: Quickly respond to and manage incidents, including theft, vandalism, or emergencies, while following protocols.
  • Document Reports: Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities for review and reporting.
  • Enforce Safety Protocols: Educate employees on safety and emergency protocols, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with Law Enforcement: Coordinate with police or emergency services during critical incidents or investigations.
  • Provide Assistance: Offer directions or help to employees and visitors in need, maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
