As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for tenants and visitors. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the property, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.71 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance concerns encountered during patrols. Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site procedures. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
