Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.77 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and community policies. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with post guidelines. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, access issues, and/or property irregularities. Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, parking, and/or policy-related observations through proper channels. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
