The role Crown Sydney have multiple opportunities available to join the team as a Security Officer on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Security Operations Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the highest levels of safety and security for our guests, residents, staff and across the property and premises. As well as monitoring all activities across the property, our Security & Surveillance team also provide support to our Food & Beverage, Events, Hotel, Retail and Casino Operations departments. To be considered for this role, you must have unrestricted Australian working rights and 24/7 availability. Your rosters are provided in advance and will include 12-hour shifts across a rotating schedule which includes weekends, public holidays, and late nights. As part of the recruitment process, candidates selected to progress will need to complete relevant Police Checks and a physical assessment. Successful candidates will also need to attend a compulsory on-boarding and training program run over 2 weeks between Monday – Friday (paid).
