Job Description As a Security Officer: You represent order and security You inspire trust You are service-oriented and have a knack for communication You possess a high sense of responsibility You can easily communicate with a diverse audience You are empathetic You are able to manage your emotions and maintain a cool head You are proactive and analytical You are motivated and ready to surpass yourself; personal and professional development is possible You are responsible for: Patrolling the security premises Monitoring access to secure areas Supervising and protecting sensitive data Evacuating and initiating emergency measures Leading a team of two to six agents Preparing and reviewing reports Adjusting shift schedules in case of personnel shortages Qualifications For this role, you must: Have experience in the security field Be willing to work irregular hours (3-shift operation, including night and weekend shifts) Be familiar with modern technology and possess proficient computer skills Be fluent in German, both spoken and written (minimum level B1), and have very good English skills (level B2) Hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record Additional Information Interested?
