As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents while delivering standout customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public services as needed. Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices, lobbies, ATM areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify identification and/or authorization as required by post orders, and direct visitors to appropriate destinations. Complete shift reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate noteworthy activity to Allied Universal management and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requires 3 - 5 years of Security/Military experience Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
