Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:30 AM - 03:30 PMTue05:30 AM - 03:30 PMWed05:30 AM - 03:30 PMSun05:30 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to document observations and actions taken. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting conditions and/or activity that may require further attention. Monitor access points, assist with visitor and employee interactions, and help to report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contact. Support a professional presence at the location while communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Be 21+ years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
