You will report to the Day Team Leader and will be an enthusiastic, skilled, highly motivated individual with considerable front-line experience of working within a customer-facing organisation. You will have experience of working in remote teams that deliver effective solutions and provide high levels of customer service as well as being comfortable working alone.
