As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at an aero and defense location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarms and access activity, and support on site teams with timely updates and incident documentation. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities. Dispatch and coordinate response to alarms, calls for service, and other incidents using radios, phones, and/or computer systems, maintaining a calm, problem-solving approach. Monitor CCTV, intrusion and fire panels, and other monitoring systems, escalating security-related concerns per post orders. Maintain accurate shift documentation including incident reports, dispatch logs, key and/or badge activity, and notifications to site leadership as required. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance issues to appropriate contacts. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
