You will monitor activity, manage radio and phone traffic, direct patrols to priority areas, document incidents, and support access control while staying visible to help to deter issues. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor alarms, cameras, phones, radios, and/or dispatch systems to receive requests for assistance, coordinate responses, and communicate timely updates to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership. Document and report incidents, observations, and service requests using required logs and reporting tools, escalating issues per post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to onsite contacts and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking for irregular activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations, and reporting findings per site requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
