What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Operate the dispatch center by monitoring alarms, access control notifications, and camera systems; receive calls for service; and dispatch officers and/or other resources per post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with site leadership and emergency services when directed. Maintain accurate security-related documentation including incident reports, dispatch logs, shift activity records, and pass-down information in accordance with site requirements. Support regular and random patrol operations by coordinating patrol assignments, tracking officer status via radio and/or phone, and relaying priority updates to personnel in the field. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
