Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.07 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in accordance with site policies. Support daily operations by completing reports, maintaining assigned post duties, and reporting maintenance, operational, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
