What You'll Do: Carry out security-related screening procedures for individuals and/or packages entering or exiting the logistics and distribution location. Follow site-specific policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and the client site. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities. Document and report any irregularities, security-related concerns, or incidents observed during shifts. Support emergency response activities as appropriate, following established protocols. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
