As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, document observations, and respond to issues with a calm, customer-service mindset. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, gate or dock disputes, and urgent situations requiring escalation. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access. Control access for employees, visitors, and drivers by verifying identification, directing traffic flow, and coordinating with site contacts for entry to restricted areas. Complete required reports and logs such as incident reports, patrol documentation, and shift activity summaries, and communicate observations to Allied Universal and site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
