Job Description As a Security Officer - Distribution Screening in Mooresville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas and conduct routine patrols to help to deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.78 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:30 PM - 03:30 AMTue07:30 PM - 03:30 AMWed07:30 PM - 03:30 AMThur07:30 PM - 03:30 AMFri07:30 PM - 03:30 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location. Conduct screening of personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain site integrity. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Perform regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe for irregularities and report potential issues. Document and report observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, supporting the logistics and distribution operations.
