POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish & English Security Officer to join our dynamic security team in the Downtown/Brickell area. The ideal candidate will have experience in both customer service and security duties, ensuring the safety and security of our clients while providing outstanding service to the public. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in a professional, fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security officer role and/or customer service.
  • Valid Security Officer D License in the state of Florida.
  • Valid Driver’s License from the state of Florida
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in the Downtown/ Brickell area or similar high-traffic, upscale locations.
  • First Aid, CPR, or AED certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a visible security presence and monitor premises for suspicious activity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, employees, and visitors while enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect potential threats or safety hazards.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on incidents, accidents, or security events.
  • Enforce building security rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Act as a liaison between management and the public, ensuring effective communication at all times.
