Duties - Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and safety - Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately - Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and document findings - Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients as needed - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary Requirements - Must have a valid security license or certification - Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred - Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies - Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - CPR and first aid certification is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. * MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH*
