Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, offering the chance to support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $12.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMThur05:00 PM - 05:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat05:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that could impact operations and/or security-related procedures. Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting established check-in and credential practices. Support incident reporting and communication efforts by preparing clear, timely records of patrol findings, disturbances, maintenance issues, and/or policy-related concerns observed during the shift. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
